How it works

Your browser makes a request to ipapi.co/json/ to determine your public IP and approximate location.
If that fails, api.ipify.org is used as a fallback for IP only.
Geolocation is based on IP databases and may not be 100% accurate.
If you are behind a VPN or proxy, the reported IP and location reflect the exit node.
